It took a month to get the part. Serviceman had to cancel because he did not know how to install. Came in time the next day with supervisor but had to run to home depot to pick up a part. Came back and finished his repair. 24 hours later, I have about 10 pcs of ice. It was a ice machine repair.

I had to wait for my refrigerator service for 5 days in the midst of a heat wave. And the service window was from 8 am till 4 pm. I've received a recorded confirmation of the appointment with a more narrow window the night before the appointment. I consider the whole process unacceptable and disrespectful. The technician was not overly friendly, but he fixed the unit and at the end of the day that is sufficient.

Larry was thorough, explained how to operate the machines, and he tried to figure out where the pieces of chips came from that were in the washing machine basket. No reflection on Larry, I am concerned about the chips, because he could not locate where the chips came from in this brand new machine this could pose a rust problem in the future. Especially, without taking the machine apart there is no way of knowing where in the machine the chips came from. A brand new machine should not have to be touched up with porcelain paint. Therefore, I will request a new washing machine. Lastly, I think the cost of service is pretty steep for a product that is not under warranty. You could put that cost toward the purchase of a new machine.

He fixed my washer probably in 10 minutes! He immediately knew a mask was clogging the pump. A few days earlier I called another company. The Technician didn’t even look at my washer. It was 6 pm and said it would take him to long to fix. Said I should call someone else. Really he didn’t want to work late so I just told him he should not have wasted my time. I called the manufacturer and they sent this technician who fixed my washer in a few minutes. I will definitely call Paradise if I need assistance again. Thank You
