In August 2023, my approximately four-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator WRT311FZDB01 was failing to keep food cold. Paradise Appliance, the authorized Whirlpool repair service determined the compressor had failed, and the repair would be covered under the extended warranty. Subsequently Paradise Appliance: installed a new compressor, returned again with Whirlpool factory service team to determine why unit was still not cooling, returned yet again to verify its failure and communicated to Whirlpool that unit could not be repaired. Ultimately Whirlpool refunded my original purchase price and hauled away the non-operating refrigerator.
Meanwhile, while Whirlpool was at my house to check on the failed refrigerator, the Whirlpool factory representative found and cured the noise problem in my new Whirlpool refrigerator. I had purchased a new refrigerator anticipating it would take time to fix the old one; I planned to keep the old one (now gone) as an extra in the garage after repairs were completed. The new refrigerator is still working OK.
Paradise gets five stars for not ignoring the need for repeated service calls, promptly arriving for those service calls, and facilitating reimbursement from Whirlpool.

We recently had a drainage issue (F1, E9 error code) with our Maytag dishwasher that we purchased in April of 2023. We called Maytag as we didn't want to attempt to fiddle with the dishwasher ourselves, as this may void the warranty. They, in turn, dispatched Paradise Appliance Service.
Our service person was Andrew, and I have to say, he was courteous, prompt, and very comminicative (texting us as to his arrival time along the way).
He helped us resolve our issue, and he did it in a very timely manner. Thank you, Andrew, and thank You, Paradise Appliance Repair!

This is a "shout out" to Larry who repaired our Kitchen Aid dishwasher (leaking). He was thorough, polite, professional and friendly. Bottom line, the dishwasher had to have three parts replaced that required Larry to come to our home twice more after his first visit. The six year old dishwasher is now leak free. Side note: Think twice about Kitchen Aid appliances. We have a history of multiple problems with both our dishwasher and refrigerator (both replaced, thankfully both were under warranty).

Larry did a great job in replacing the parts that were causing our Kitchen Aid dishwasher (about six years old) from leaking water from the dishwasher and onto our tile floor. The completed work took two trips to our home and three different parts and more that a couple of hours to resolve the issue. Larry was very thorough, polite, patience, friendly as he worked on the dishwasher. He has been to our home before, doing work on our refrigerator. Again, he was totally professional in doing his work. I will definitely ask Paradise to send Larry out to our home if there is a need for their services again. BTW: Larry has a co-worker, Robert, who has also done repair work at our home on several occasions. He is top-notched too! (Suggestion: think twice before you buy Kitchen Aid appliances.)

When my new combo wall oven's microwave stopped after 2 months I was afraid I had a lemon. I scheduled warranty service and Javier was able to diagnose and order the part. It surprisingly came right away. He returned with a second technician, Luis, because pulling a combo out of the wall is kinda a big deal. They had the new part replaced very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves, were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. All throughout this process the office was in touch with me through email and texts, verifying appts. and progress. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer. So far, so good on my Kitchen Aid microwave...hope it holds up.
