Robert came and fixed my Kichenaid fridge/freezer and did an excellent job. He worked all afternoon and into early evening. It's working great now!

Kelly in the store was very helpful and friendly. The delivery personnel, Daniel and Shane were extremely accommodating and patient and made sure everything was 100% before departing. Extremely courteous as well. Would definitely recommend and shop there again myself.

Fridge started leaking after it was serviced by them. Took two weeks to get someone out. First no one showed up during the first scheduled window so the repair was delayed another week. Very inflexible about service timing - refused to provide a more narrow window beyond “8am -4pm” which is very challenging for anyone who has a job and can’t take an entire day off for something like this. Addendum: the technicians themselves are great! Main feedback is for the office that coordinates and does scheduling
