Tech (80)was sent out to fix my washer, he was very indifferent to my questions about the washer , typical millennial no customer service skills. He made things worse with his inexperience and another tech (QN)had to come and fix 3 things (80) messed up. I gave 3 stars instead of none only because tech (QN) has customer service skills and know how and he really tried. This company needs to train (80) better or give him the boot. Sadly my washer is still leaking after 7 visits.
Didn't use their services since my Maytag was under warranty with Lowe's but they answered the phone promptly and lady was very courteous. They charge $149 for service visit and it's applied towards Labor if you use their services.

Referred to Paradise through Maytag for a clothes washer problem, very easy to schedule, reminder and ETA texts were very helpful. Joselito (Joey) was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about the washer model. He did a thorough exam of the washer and explained things in detail to me. Turns out there was no problem and the metallic clicking the washer was making was normal. Since this was the first call for the washer under warranty there was no charge to me. Would use Paradise again and would ask for Joey.
