Q1-NO Q2-NO Q3-NO. The Customer did not sign due to COVID-19 protocol. Complaint over temp light on and sometimes doesnt make ice. Temp in freezer at -1F checked with thermocouple and ice bin full of ice. Called tech line checked diagnostic and all functions tested ok no issue found other then temp set to 5F tech line stated to turn to 0F as soon as I did that the over temp light turned off. Found F1E0 UI failure, F2E1 key stuck, F6E9 lower appliance manager lost communication, F6E6 upper appliance manager lost communication. UI was just replaced. per tech sheet and codes ordered both upper and lower oven control boards and rescheduled.; ordrng 1 W11179310 (Cntrl-elec) and 1 W10801665 (Cntrl-elec) and 1 Ovendolly (Oven dolly) and 1 W10562910 (Harns-wire)"
