Over the course of the last week or so, I've spoken to four different phone representatives and had one technician to the house. Everyone was stellar. I've had techs from 3 other companies in to diagnosis an issue with my built-in fridge and no one else was able to quickly determine both the issue and, frankly more importantly, that the part needed is not longer available. Not the answer we wanted to hear but I am so glad that we finally heard it and were able to move forward with a new fridge purchase. Thank you!

The first tech was not knowledgeable and dismissed the issue. The second tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly like 6 minutes! He ordered the part and when he came back he fixed it quickly. So professional and kind!
