The service repair man was on time and brought the replacement parts. He asked why he was there, which concerned me. He performed the service in a clean and responsible way and left. There seems to be a noise coming from the microwave now when we use it, like something is loose. Did the work get done yes, I’m not sure we are finished seeing someone from Paradise Appliance.

Robert assessed the problem. And was able to get the right parts to repair the refrigerator icemaker. He has repaired other appliances for us in the past. Thank you Robert.

Technician was not customer friendly. Spent most of the time fixing his computer. Was not able to explain things well. Very disappointed with the service.
