ROBERT WAS COURTEOUS AND NEAT, CAME TO INSPECT THE OVEN/MICROWAVE FOR SAFETY. SAID HE WOULD ORDER A NEW CONTROL PANEL AND IT WOULD TAKE A FEW WEEKS. I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE TELLING ME THAT HE WAS COMING OUT ON A SET TIME FRAME AND DATE , HOWEVER NO ONE EVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME THE PART WAS IN AND NO ONE ASKED ME WHEN A GOOD TIME WOULD BE FOR THE APPOINTMENT.

My experience with the tech was great 5 stars! He was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I was not able to get an evaluation of the problem before the tech came to my house. I inquired about sending in a picture of my broken microwave door to see if it was fixable or not. I was told that I couldn’t get an evaluation. As a result I had to pay $150 to be told I need a new microwave. I wasn’t looking for free advice. I just wanted to know if my door was repairable.
