The gentleman was very Polite and fix my freezer and was not rude or mean like the previous young person that came thank you and I pray that all is well with the company

The first team misdiagnosed the problem with the dishwasher. And mistakenly charged the full amount of the proposed second visit, the first visit here The second technician found a different issue, repaired it and did not need the very expensive part the first team recommended. And I still do not know what the actual charges are, nor if I get a refund for the very expensive part that was not needed.

Fingers crossed. Although we have had quite a few visits you & Chris have tried to fix our problem. Hopefully this is it.
