Both of the technicians that visited, my house were very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring.

Steven did an excellent job and was fast and very pleasant. The rest of my ordeal was awful. Claim began 12/24 and was finally completed on 2/04. That is 42 days. Unacceptable. Time between parts arrival and appointment was 10 days. This happened twice since first technician broke the new part trying to install so new part had to be ordered. When I questioned the dispatcher about the long time, her answer was it was the earliest time a technician would be in my area. Where are you guys located, Nome, Alaska?
