Benito was great. Dealing with Paradise was a nightmare. It is ridiculous to wait weeks to get service and to wait 45 min. to talk to someone on the phone. If you are that busy hire more staff for the phones and more technicians to service your clients needs. I only hope I never have to get my appliance services by Paradise again.

Excellent job. Very professional & knowlegeable.

Technician didn't know how to fix the fridge. He broke parts of it and didn't care to replace them. Fridge is still not 100% resolved.

Not a reflection of Edi who was very professional but the multiple cancellations were definitely not what I’m looking for in the future.

Gilbert communticated clearly, and confirmed that the repair was under warrantee. Curteous & tidy, we would welcome him back again,
