He was great, friendly and efficient.

Robert was professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with the microwave he said the part necessary to fix is no longer available. He was honest and fair.

Robert was on time, very professional and very courteous. Unfortunately, however, this was the second appt date I scheduled because the technician did not show up the day before. Nor was I called about that. O called paradise and asked where the technician was. I was told he had cancelled. I then scheduled another appointment. I find that disrespectful of my time as a customer, and unprofessional in terms of a business acumen.

Fast, and efficient. Great service
