I thought Juan was great. However, I think paying $169 for a service call where he was here for maybe 10 or 15 minutes is excessive. Especially when all he did was tell me how much it was going to cost to fix. And this is on top of the fact that my service call was rescheduled by Paradise because you had to “order a part.” You didn’t order a part because if you had, my microwave would have been fixed. Again, no problems with Juan. He was on time, pleasant and thorough. I just am having some issues with your company protocols for service calls and fees

Javier was friendly and knows what he is doing. He had great knowledge of all appliances and answered any questions I had. I would definitely refer and recommend him as well as the company he works for.
