The online map tool let us know the driver was delayed. The driver/ gentleman called in advance saying he was 15 minutes out. When he arrived he was very nice and put wraps on his shoes. He got to work and gave me a heads up he needed some room to use a hair dryer on the rubber. He quickly completed the job and provided insights that we didn’t have the humidifier on( and explained the benefits) and also showed us we had never taken the tape off the freezer light so we had been dealing with the dark. Just a good, helpful guy. Real happy with the service.
