Benito was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose my washing machine’s problem. As a mechanic my self it’s nice to see some one that’s very good at what he does and even though the part that was needed was out of stock he staid in touch until he had it and was out to fix it right away.He made the whole process as easy as possible for me as the customer which made me a lot happier since my washer didn’t even last a month since I go it brand new I will use paradise for All my future appliance repair

Very professional and skilled. I barely had to explain anything. Benito jumped to work by assessing the washing machine for appropriate error codes and problem solved it in less than 20minutes. When done he gave me good tips about my washing machine to best use it. Now my washing machine works as it should. Upon his departure several loads of clothes were washed properly. Great service !!!
