Pablo is a honest employee. He did his job. He did not sugar coat the issue with the frig ice maker. He replaced it because it was not working as efficiently as it was when originally purchased. Hope it performs better now. Totally unhappy with the ice maker especially at the price I paid for this frig.

We have a warranty service through Domestic and General and they use Paradise Appliance as one of their vendors. Pablo has came out a few times for various appliances and has always been pleasant and straight forward. This past Friday he tried to push for an appliance replacement and unfortunately we didn’t get it, however, he still came back the following Monday, without an official appointment to make sure our appliance was up and running. He went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.
