Pablo was on time,…first job of the morning. He tested the fan to show it was working properly. Then looked at the exhaust pipe and knew immediately that was the source of the problem.

left without fixing machine, it didn't work at all recently we unplugged and it reset but I have to push down on the top for it to start. sounds like a latch issue that should have been replaced??? warranty is almost up and must likely will break again
