i was told that you could not fix the issue with my dishwasher. I had explained the problem when I called initially. It would have been nice to know this before the technician came out.

Not a friendly person and He left without checking to see if the washer ran properly.

Robert was a great technician. He arrived on time. He ensure me that he will have the washer up and running and he did just that. He’s nice guy.

We have a box in the wall where our washer hook ups are and noticed the frame to the box was missing. I look farther down the back of the washing machine and see it’s at the bottom with the hose that’s ran through the frame so the tech didn’t notice to place it back as he needed to move the washer supposedly away from the wall to see what was wrong with the washer. All I needed was the lid lock to be fixed. Nothing was left for me to de like a notice of receipt or detail in the work done.

Dishwasher wasn't repaired. It was left in a state where it is unsafe to operate. Screws to hold the dishwasher in place were taken out and not replaced.
