I have no issues with the service technician. I have a problem with the service schedule platform that an authorized service center for whirlpool has. I do not feel it is appropriate to wait 5 days to have someone attend to fix a problem especially when it is with a fridge and freezer. In the end the it was bumped to 4 days only because on constant complaining and hours upon hours in the phone.
