The repair man was very polite. He called ahead. He was right on time. Diagnosed the problem immediately. But then he could not repair it because he did not have the part for this very common machine. We had to wait another 7 days. Why does his company stock his van with more parts? Took two visits to repair one part. This wastes everyone's time.

Pablo is the BEST. He fixed my dryer in no time, knowing immediately what the problem was. I had it previously fixed - unfortunately - by another Appliance Service recommended by Whirlpool. Spending quite a bit of money, they came back a couple of times; but never were able to fix it. Pablo was able to immediately diagnose the problem and fix it in not time. I would definitely hire him again. The sad part: he only does Whirlpool. Too bad. Excellent work, Pablo.

Ray came out to give a second opinion about our refrigerator that was leaking water and not producing ice. The first representative that came out "couldn't find the problem" even though we explained the issue. The minute Ray arrived, he was professional and was able to assess the issue and find a solution with our Whirlpool refrigerator right awy. We appreciated Ray's knowledge and that he followed health guidelines due to Covid-19.

Mr. Juarez was totally professional...and I should know because I spent the last 30 years of my working life being a plumber. Most of that time I was either doing plumbing repairs or coordinating plumbing repairs done by other plumbers. So I can assure you, I know quality work when I see it. First off he is very neat and clean. Second, he is respectful. He's also very knowledgeable about the appliance he repaired for us and probably many others as well. He also came prepared. He had all the parts he needed. And his only return to his truck was not for a long duration. I was so impressed, I asked him if he did any side work and he was very clear that he does not. Furthermore, I questioned him about the quality of different brands of appliances and he was totally loyal to Whirlpool. He said that the price, availability of parts, and overall durability are top notch. He also gave me some sage advice about how to properly maintain our oven. In summation, I will just quote the following statement: "Whatever you pay him, it ain't enough!" PS: I hope he gets to see this review!
