Edi was very knowledgeable and polite and seemed to know what he was doing.

Let's see, where do we start? It took 3 months to get the parts: a simple convertor and a standard evaporator. Then the repairman took five hours to do a 2 to 3 hour job. He is excellent at wasting time, because he isn't paid by the job but by the hour, as he told us. When he left the fridge wasn't working. He said to wait 24 hours. Two days later he returned as the fridge still wasn't working. He said it was our fault for opening the door. He never returned to fix it, so after waiting a week we hired another company. I'll be telling Whirpool all about my experience with your disgraceful company.

Edi was professional, helpful and patient. Did a great job and was able to fix everything in one appt.
