It is a new washing machine that basically had some bad parts that were hard to diagnose. Christian methodically troubleshooted the issue in an orderly manner and finally solved the problem. It took 3 visits but since new parts were needed (twice) then that could not be helped. Very happy with Christian's good attitude, dedicated service, persistence and professionalism.
