Ramon was fine. Reviewed problem thoroughly but was not allowed to clean lint from duct. Phone call from night before gave me a 3 hour window from 1-4 pm. Ramon arrived at 12 noon. He said he had a 4 hour window from noon to 4 pm. Noon wasn’t a good time for me. But I took it since he wasn’t able to come back at 1 pm.

Awesome local supplier! Are use them to find a rattling noise in my heater because they came highly recommended from my neighborhood. They came out and couldn’t find anything wrong except for a manual that was taped up in my attic and attached to the heater...they were so nice they didn’t even charge me!!! Will definitely use them again and recommend them for their professional service
