I have been charged for diagnosing fee but never got a solid answer what cased the problem to our refrigerator. I would expect the technician to connect the laptop or any other devices to the main board of the fridge and do a diagnosing test and give me the report for that amount of charge. we still do not have any idea about the problem that causes our fridge which randomly happens to our fridge.

Jorge asked questions then proceeded to check many different possibilities that might be causing the problem. It ended up being the motor. He also found some other problems. I explained since it was not even a month old I didn’t want it to be repaired but replaced. He turned in his evaluation and a few days later I went back to Lowe’s. John immediately took good care of me also. A new washer is being delivered this week. I would call on Jorge again if I had a problem. He diagnosed the problem, and was very pleasant to work with.
