Because this was set up by the call center I now know that it’s important to talk to actual technician or company who’s coming to service the refrigerator to see that they have the proper tools to do the repair not just a diagnosis If you’ve already done the diagnosis. I explained on a phone Message to them that kitchenAid refrigerator was not getting electrical power and I have done all the testing recommended by Kitchenaid to turn the unit off and on And check circuit breakers et cetra. That they would need to pull out the refrigerator to check the plug area or test to see if the circuit breaker switch was dead. They did none of that They didn’t have the dolly to pull out the refrigerator although Whirlpool said they could and they didn’t have the tools to check the Circuit breaker. So they ended up telling me it was not getting enough electrical current which is what I told service center initially and that I would need an electrician. Which is what I asked if I should do Initially because it’s not getting power. So it may just be the problem of Covid and not being able to get to right people directly To answer your question or have the proper tools to resolve the problem. So that leaves you paying for something you already knew and not getting the refrigerator working. Maybe a good handyman is the answer rather than going through Multiple technicians to get a final result.
