Ramon has worked incredibly hard and he is the reason that I am giving a testimonial regarding my service. I am upset enough that my less than three year old $2,500 KitchenAide double oven needed any kind of repair, but Ramon was awesome and worked diligently to minimize my repair expense. He communicated everything in a caring and detailed manner, and was very prompt and arrived when he said he would. He really took care of things, and now I just have to contact KitchenAide and give them a piece of my mind. I am back in business, as I love to cook, and all the thanks goes to Ramon.

Larry was great. Maytag no so much. They instructed me to have a tech out to diagnose the problem. Then they denied all responsibility. Larry clearly stated and wrote. "Not fully painted on edge of cabinet. Causing rust. Maytag said one year warranty and they will not help me. Any suggestions? I would appreciate some feed back from you. HELP!!!
