this company should not be named Paradise it should be living hell. The tech was very nice and not his fault that his company gives him limited information on what prior work has been done on the washer. so of course they continue to order the same part that keep burning out. Hopefully now they have requested the right part and we can have a washer after 5 times of them coming out in the last 5 weeks.

Chris Z. was the technician who came out. He was professional from the start, first, putting on booties to cover his shoes b4 walking in our door. I’ve never had an appliance technician do that in my entire 60+ years & it really set the tone for the entire visit! Chris Z. was so professional & knowledgeable & he answered every question I had without hesitation. He was incredibly personable as he went about his work. He was also attentive & empathetic & listened to every single thing I told him about our month+ long journey, with 5 appointments with Home Depot’s installation company & 3 total new dishwashers installed (& BTW, after Chris Z. ran his diagnostics, he verified that the dishwashers had been correctly installed, which I had already truly believed, so to my relief, he told me that none of this had been the fault of the installation company!). When I told him of all the trouble we’ve had, not only with only our brand new appliance(s) not working correctly, but to make matters even worse, especially with the “Customer Escalation Reps” at Maytag & the totally unprofessional & frankly rude & condescending way they “handled” our problem, Chris Z. listened intently. When I told Chris Z. what the Maytag “Customer Escalation Reps” had told me what their “fix” was for our recurring problem with THREE of their dishwashers of the same model & I advised him that I had asked many people who have had brand new dishwashers installed within the past year if THEY had ever heard of such a thing & none of them had, plus that not even the regular Maytag Call Center Reps had ever told me such a thing on multiple calls to them, he said HE had never heard of such a thing either & then he went above & beyond. He made a call to your company’s Master Technician & asked him if HE had had ever heard if what I was told by the Maytag “Customer Escalation Reps” was a fix for our problems & if it was a fact, as had been stated by Maytag. The Master Technician told Chris Z. no, he had never heard of such a thing either, not as it being a “fact” as Maytag had stated & not as a fix for our recurring problem with 3 Maytag dishwashers (thus far!). After literally being browbeaten & handled in such an uncaring, rude, utterly condescending & totally unprofessional manner by the Maytag “Customer Escalation Reps” (who BTW, were both located in a Call Center in Tennessee), your company, Paradise Appliance, and your wonderful technician, Chris Z., restored my faith in the appliance industry. Chris’s very human & caring approach (vs. the rude & robotic approach from Maytag!) made me feel like after everything i’d gone thru over the past month+, including the FIVE business days I’d given up waiting on Home Depot’s installation company’s technicians to come to my home, after having 3 dishwashers installed & then after the abhorrent treatment I’d received at the hands of the two Maytag “Customer Escalation Reps” that in the end, it was going to be ok. And we agreed after performing the “fix” I’d been given by those Maytag reps for the exact length of time specified, Chris wanted me to please call & let him know if the problem had finally been remedied. And if not, he would escalate the issue to Whirlpool, Maytag’s parent company. Chris Z. was simply a wonderful breath of fresh air, when I needed it the most. I have his card put away for safekeeping, plus I’ve added your company’s contact Information to My Contacts in my iPhone, because if I EVER have a problem with ANY of our appliances, I will definitely be calling Paradise Appliance for help!! Chris Z. represented your company in a manner of which you should be so very proud! If I could rate him 100 stars, I would happily do so! He represented your company in the best way possible. Service Repair for Amana Dishwasher

I had to rearrangement my appointments as the service person was to come between 2 and 5 pm. Received a call in the morning changing the time between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The dishwasher leaked and ruined my bottom cabinets in the kitchen and flooring in the whole house. Insurance paid the repairs -- but now I now that my insurance premiums will be going up. After the work was completed in the house -- we reinstalled the dishwasher and it leaked again. My service man went and bought a new hose and tried again -- but this time it leaked again. I WILL NOT be installing the dishwasher -- and will again call Amana to see if they can make me happy. The dishwasher was purchased in late August and installed on September 1. I am a single lady and it probably was used less then 10 times between September 1 and January 10. Also, right after I had the dishwasher installed, it was not drying properly and the service repair man said to use the drying liquid which I did -- but the dishes never dried enough -- I had to dry them with a dish towel.
