Chris is a very conscientious man who has tried on multiple occasions to fix my Maytag washer for the same problem for over 6 months. My issue is NOT with Chris; I am just extremely dissatisfied that the problem with my washer has not been fixed and this most recent attempt to fix it actually resulted in a worsening of the issue (punctures in clothes). Also, I was not notified about my appointment the night before as had been promised. I followed up with that and found they entered a wrong email for me.

Maybe check at first visit to make sure repair can be done or not. He did sell me the parts at a fair price. Worked out okay.

Communication between whirlpool and this company is extremely poor. Originally the technician said my refrigerator was fine but it was in fact broken. Not until we pushed the technician to run more test did he discover the motor was broken. Then it took 1 month to receive the part. We were without a refrigerator for 1 month during the covid-19 lockdown.

Ramon is a very nice man. He was sent out on a service call that he had no business being asked to do. I was very clear that the machine in question a Maytag Neptune Drying Cabinet would be hard to work on. I was assured that they had someone that could handle it. Poor Ramon did not know how it even worked. He called an expert that said “you will need to check some voltages on the wiring harness...” that is when Ramon turned off the speaker and walked back to his truck. Stayed there and came in with 2 part numbers, one for a new touchpad and the other a logic board. That is basically the whole electronics for this machine. Based on what? Nothing was even done to the machine, as I had told them it said dd, that is some kind of diagnostic mode. He never even looked up a trouble code because he did not know how. I do not blame him, I blame the company that still demands over 150 dollars for a guy coming out and telling me to get a new one. Yeah, I am a little bitter.
