He gave such terrible solutions to my dishwashing issue that didn’t make any sense. I had an issue with the dish washer not draining and he claimed that it was because the control lock was on. What the hell does that have to do with draining the water after a wash cycle. He claimed that the dishwasher was fixed and left but as soon as I ran a wash cycle, the issue was still there, even after a couple of cycles.

Taylor - Garden Grove, CA
Took 3 rounds of scheduling in order for someone to show up. Felt as though my time was not valued when the first two appointments were cancelled and I had to take time away from work. The technician who came out on the 3rd attempt was nice and knowledgeable but at the end of the day spent 15 minutes here and advised us to not invest in fixing the refrigerator but rather put that money towards a new refrigerator. I understand we did end up having a technician come out to look into our issue however I do not feel we should have been charged $110 given the experience.

Bad and unplacient experience with the worker/tech. That was send 2 the house don't know the company can have those kind of employees. And how Home depot can send there customers with this company.
