Oriale and Paradise did a great job replacing my Ice Maker. Oriale was on time, courteous and friendly, and seemed to be knowledgeable with the Kitchen Aid refrigerator line. He replace it with no mess or breaking my refrigerator more like some other techs have done in the past. I'd request him again. ~George P.

He didn't even look in my washer to see what wasn't working. He just said no parts available, even though he said you had some parts. Maybe that was the part I needed not 8 parts. I feel like you just showed up to get the $149.00,
