I had the pleasure of meeting Preston and he resolved my issue within a short time. It seemed the original installation of the exhaust fan over the stove was faulty. After the first use, the fan, not fully seated, dropped down hitting the supports making a terrible racket. Preston analyzed the situation and pushed the fan up, seating it in place. Thanks, Jim
