Pablo and Victor were wonderful and helpful. Pablo is a very kind and gentle man and I felt very much at ease with him in my home. Waiting for parts took 2 weeks though. Far too long to be without a washing machine. The company should have more parts in stock- even though apparently the one part that fixed it was in stock the whole time! As such I’d like my laundry cost compensated that week for items I had to launder externally.

My Maytag microwave was only two years old and had a blown fuse. Cost of repair exceeded cost of new microwave. Very disappointed with Maytag. It cost $109 to be told it was too costly to repair.

Guys that came out on Tuesday 8/13 were professional and very nice and more importantly, seemed to know their stuff. Previous tech kept telling me he was "just a helper" and wanted to charge me for visit and I had to call Whirlpool to verify no charge. Told me he didn't have authorization number from the store...made several calls before he finally performed the diagnosis. All 3 techs appeared not to have the proper warranty info or authorization numbers needed to perform service so they had to search for this...make calls etc.
