Our whirlpool fridge’s freezer broke down on a Friday, just a few weeks before it even turned a year! We could not use it coz everything was warm & melting. We called for service that same day and were scheduled that Monday. Our tech, Robert arrived on time and assessed the issue and checked that everything was connected properly so it was found out that the thermostat was defective. He fixed it so we can have a working fridge for a few days while he placed the order for a replacement part. That same Thursday, he came back and replaced it and now it’s working as it should. Just hoping it doesn’t break down again after the warranty has lapsed.

Technician was kind of quiet and didn’t say too much. The washing machine still isn’t working properly although he stated he performed some kind of test on it. He was only here for less than 15 mins and said there’s nothing wrong with it.

Everything was good except I was told the service tech would aww five between 9-12. I got a call at 7:35 asking if he could come early. I had to take my daughter to school So this was an inconvenience. I was able to get someone to come to my home and wait for him but being it was over 1 hour earlier it was an inconvenience.

Mr. Sims is a "Very Valuable Employee of High Caliber". Robert, Mr. Sims called a head and was on time, every time. That's very important. He is very professional, explained what needed to be done and cleaned the working area. He showed real concern about fixing my Maytag washing machine which he did. I know it may not seem like a big deal but I have a disable child and I need to wash at home. I can't take my child and my clothes to the laundromat so for me, this was and is a very big deal.
