Larry is the epitome of a great Expert technician. He was punctual and very clear in explaining the problem and the steps of rectifying the problem. He did a great job in ample time and he took time in making sure the appliance was working before he left. He was very accommodating and open to questions . He certainly was very efficient and knew what was the problem and utilized his devices and gadgets very well . I would highly recommend his expertise.
