Sarkis did a fine job checking out our new Refrigerator. He was On-time, let us know when he was coming and was clean and organized. An asset to your company. He found the problem we were having and was able to make some corrections to reduce the noise levels. The Refrigerator is not totally without problems but better, we agreed to run it as is and kee[ an eye on the orginal problem of it being too noisy.

Tech showed up on time Wen. Photo was taken of my purchase receipt. Problem discussed with tech. Tech used a key from his key chain to press the door switch micro switch and said the problem is fixed. Said if I have any more problem call him direct. He gave me his card. Seemed like a nice enough guy. Called him back Fri. told him problem still is same. Tech told me he would reschedule me. No call to reschedule was returned. Called him on Mon. he said "who from where"? Oh yea. what's the problem? I told him same problem and he never gave me a return call to reschedule. he said let me check my schedule and I'll call you by the end of the day. Never got that call either. Today Tue. '6 days' after tech arrived. I call the office to ask about my appointment. No appointment set. New appointment was now set by office for Friday. Will send new tech. Hope to get the microwave fixed for real this time. Not real happy being put on ignore.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with (once he arrived). He diagnosed the problem very quickly and offered a quick and inexpensive "fix". I would suggest that if the 3-hour scheduled service window is not able to be met, then call the customer to alert us of the delay. (I had to call the office approximately one hour after the end of the service window to see if the technician was still planning to come, and was advised it would be another hour.)

It was horrible. He just came in so rude. Didn't even take the time to look at the washer. He said it was the soap that we were using because it didn't have HE on. When it did. I use tide. And dreft for my baby clothes. He just walked out. Didn't even say anything. I followed him and asked and he said it was the soap. Machine still does the same thing leaves my clothes soaked in water. He claim that it was impossible. That there wasn't any error. I don't even know why they got such unprofessional person working for your company. I will call again. Hope they sent me a different technician.
