These technicians were polite and thorough but when they left and I started a load of laundry the issue that they supposedly solved reappeared. I am not sure if it is a defect with my machine or their “quick fix” usually works with other customers. I had to reschedule another appointment. My machine is under warrantee so there was no cost, just disappointed that my machine is still not working properly.
I requested Sarkis as he had been here before and i really liked him and the service he provided.

Technician was alone (2 came before) and was able to install the new door much faster and seemed to be knowledgeable and very productive. In addition the new door is making ice so we remain hopeful this has been fixed (original door stopped making ice, 2nd replacement door same and “hopeful this third door keeps working). We are not knocking the previous technicians, however, this one seems to have a good handle on the problem. Keeping our fingers crossed on the profuct

Very nice. Only looked in manual and did calibration. Temp seemed to be at right temperature, but that night took longer to cook even though heat increased by 20 during calibration. Not sure problem is fixed. Oven fine for 8 months, then this issue. Concerning.

The rep came to our home and would not listen to my wife as she explained what was wrong with our appliance. He tested the water temp and said we should run our sink water so it gets hot before we run out dishwasher that wasn’t heating properly. The idea that we should run our sink water before we run our dishwasher is ludicrous. This is not 1963 it is 2020 and this is a brand new dishwasher.
