While the repair was done well, the replacement part SHOULD have been brought on initial visit. He performed NO “diagnostics” to determine the part required (just looked inside the drum). This “diagnosis” could (and should) have been done, based on my reported issue.

Tech did a good job fixing the problem but the comments he made in regards to how the problem developed by putting the blame on myself and my family was not called for, it was kind of upsetting to hear him just assume that we were the cause of the problem rather than doing a through search for the true problem. I think that his customer service skills could be a little better.

I guess I was last on the list because the repair guy was in a rush. My freezer was not working properly and the light wasnt working. He was there for 15 minutes tinkering around and then sprayed steam inside. He said it wasn't sealing properly and that he fixed it. He was leaving in a rush and I asked him if I needed to sign anything. He said no and rushed out. About an hour later I opened the freezer and it was frozen over. I saw that the light switch was frozen as well thus the light not working. Now I have to call another service to perform the repair. A big waste of my time and my wife's time because she had to wait all day because of the 8 hour window that I was given.

We had to open a claim twice before our refrigerator was repaired. The repairman didn't have the greatest attitude, and complained that he could not definitively prove the root cause of the problem (the compressor). He closed the first ticket saying my son cancelled the call (which he did not). The second time around the repairman had to deal with me. He whined a lot but ended up ordering and replacing the refrigerator compressor. The refrigerator is now working perfectly and we can trust it to keep food cold / frozen.
