Honestly I felt like he was in rush to leave, as I was trying to locate my warranty information and asked a question he seemed to be annoyed and stated he could not answer my question towards the Applance issue unless he was paid. He needs better customer service training. No work was ever done so I gave him a 1 star.

Friendly and very knowledgeable . Appreciate him not minding ALL the questions I had for him regarding our refrigerator.
