Within 24-48 hours in both cases the problem recurred. It appears that both service people addressed the symptom but failed to find the underlying problem that is causing the gasket failure for which we summoned their help.

I had these guys come out to look at my Whirlpool washer and a days with everything being a computer is sensor. To pin point problems becomes harder and harder. They explained the list of thing ask me questions. Then after checking the machine they told me one the fix it or Two they just did nothing and major part needed to be replaced. There honesty was good they told me they'll be out for the next couple hours. If I was to run a load and figure out any issues to contact him and let him know. after I did it came back within a week and replaced it and it's been working fine ever since
