When I scheduled this with Kenmore I gave them all of the specs and the specific problem that I was having. I was told that a tech would come and repair my pilot light and install my microwave cap. When the tech arrived (he was very pleasant), he took 5 minutes to look at the stove and tell me that he didn’t have the parts to fix it, but for close to 600 dollars. He could order the parts and repair it another day. He then took another 5 minutes to attach the microwave cap....... then, instead of the $110.00 visit fee that was quoted I was charged $160.00......ludicrous!!!

The office never called to confirm because they got my repair ticket over the weekend and they didn’t see it until I called to confirm on the morning of my appointment. Then I was told dispatch would call me with a smaller window than basically all day but they never called. So I called in again and finally had someone call me back with a 2-5pm window.
