As I was asked for the model number of my machine in my appointment scheduling, I also told the scheduler what the problem was and that I thought the bearings had gone on the washer. I would have thought I could have been told that the machine was no longer in manufacture and that the bearings couldn’t be replaced. It would be too costly to repair as the drum would need replacing. This would have saved me a $110 service fee. Now I have to buy a new washer and pay the service fee.

Edi is very congenial and professional. It was a pleasure to have him in my kitchen. I wanted the automatic cooling fan in my new KitchenAid range to be shut off. Edi did so and verified that the over-loud fan truly could not be disengaged without putting the control panel on “error“, making the oven useless. He also verified that the similar model JennAir range also has an equally loud cooling fan. Well I still regret getting rid of my old low-tech Jennair, because it had no electronic control board and therefore no cooling fan, I can now except the situation. What’s done is done. Edi’s warmth and good humor helped a lot with that.

The appointment time should be either during the morning or afternoon. We do not get a call to confirm until the night/evening before and that's too late to plan anything. So the customer day is wasted by having to stay home all day!

Jonathan came out 4 times for my Maytag washer that was purchased in Feb 2019. I showed him videos so he could hear the clacking noise. First visit he agreed that there was a problem and felt the motor mount (?) needed to be tightened. He was very nice and seemed concerned. He left and it still clacked and banged. Second time he brought 3 major parts, but stripped a screw and had to come back later with an additional part (I believe). Third time he cane and replaced ALL the parts and said if it continues to contact him. It was just as bad. Called Maytag and they set up another visit but this time the tech was to call a Maytag Engineer to work together. Jonathan came out again (I was out of town) and my husband said he was not here very long at all and he did not hear him call anyone. When I called Maytag AGAIN, they said the the Engineere and Jonathan thought it was working properly. SERIOUSLY!!! Then why did he replace so many parts. Thankfully Lowe’s stood by the extended warranty and replaced the machine. But if I ever have any issues with this washer, I will not let Paradise work on it.

Arrogant attitude to my wife until I got there. Poor workmanship used my glass washer lid as workbench and scratched the heck out of it I took pictures while he was doing it. Twisted and kinked the steel braided water hoses when he installed and I brought it to his attention and he got offended because he thinks he does nothing wrong. I have pictures of that as well. He belittled my wife’s description of the issues as I said until I arrived, then he talks over you when you are trying to describe the actual issue. My dryer top was also his secondary workbench as well for hi laptop 2 phones and tools and the parts as well. You would think with a guy that is so full of himself about what a great repairman he would put some type of cover on the area he works at. I want my dryer top, glass water top and kinked hoses Replaced by paradise at no charge due to the negligence of the repairman I am happy to show the pictures with the tools over the top of my property. I also want a call from management. I do not want that repairman to ever service my home again.
