Jonathan came out 4 times for my Maytag washer that was purchased in Feb 2019. I showed him videos so he could hear the clacking noise. First visit he agreed that there was a problem and felt the motor mount (?) needed to be tightened. He was very nice and seemed concerned. He left and it still clacked and banged. Second time he brought 3 major parts, but stripped a screw and had to come back later with an additional part (I believe). Third time he cane and replaced ALL the parts and said if it continues to contact him. It was just as bad. Called Maytag and they set up another visit but this time the tech was to call a Maytag Engineer to work together. Jonathan came out again (I was out of town) and my husband said he was not here very long at all and he did not hear him call anyone. When I called Maytag AGAIN, they said the the Engineere and Jonathan thought it was working properly. SERIOUSLY!!! Then why did he replace so many parts. Thankfully Lowe’s stood by the extended warranty and replaced the machine. But if I ever have any issues with this washer, I will not let Paradise work on it.

He also knows how to explain to the client the best way to use and maintain the appliance. He knows every brand. Great employee!!! I'm giving the convenience a lower grade because I think it's disrespectful to keep a customer waiting for half an hour before a call can be answered and to have no way of reaching Paradise after a notification that a repairman will arrive at a certain hour -- when the hour is different than originally planned. This has nothing to do with the repairman, only to do with the company's feeling that the customer's time is not valuable. Poor phone service is inconvenient and frustrating.

Robocall books your appts and time arrival. Tech never arrives on time. Then you are given a new appt if they arrive at all. Manager never called me to discuss all the issues, dispite my many requests. Whirlpool overnighted part for repair after complaining about their lack of service but paradise still took over 2 weeks to arrive. Installed wrong parts, customer service hangs up if you want answers, it just goes on and on. I submitted complaint with Whirlpool to pull their contract, Paradise is giving them a bad name. Many other dissatisfied customers on Yelp.
