I put in a (business) service call for one of our Fridges/Freezers in our break room. He said he needed to unplug the fridge to defrost the freezer. Unplugging the fridge ended up causing the water (from the freezer) to leak through the wall leading to water damage in our suite and the adjoining suite. The technician told me that the tray should have sufficed in catching all the water, however, it did not. Now I'm in the process of going back and forth with Paradise Appliance so they can cover the damages but they've ghosted me.
