Our whirlpool fridge’s freezer broke down on a Friday, just a few weeks before it even turned a year! We could not use it coz everything was warm & melting. We called for service that same day and were scheduled that Monday. Our tech, Robert arrived on time and assessed the issue and checked that everything was connected properly so it was found out that the thermostat was defective. He fixed it so we can have a working fridge for a few days while he placed the order for a replacement part. That same Thursday, he came back and replaced it and now it’s working as it should. Just hoping it doesn’t break down again after the warranty has lapsed.

Family of ten with out a washer for over a month while Covid 19 is happening. I will never use their service or buy Maytag again. The machine is one a couple months old and has had a major break down. When I called they told me that the lead time wasn’t that bad. LOL, this company is a joke. Don’t buy Maytag because they evidentially can’t build a washer to last more than three months and they contract out to shady repair services like this. Appalled!

The technician that came out, Sarkis, was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable as he explained what he thought the issues were. I put in a (business) service call for one of our Fridges/Freezers in our break room. He said he needed to unplug the fridge to defrost the freezer. Unplugging the fridge ended up causing the water (from the freezer) to leak through the wall leading to water damage in our suite and the adjoining suite. The technician told me that the tray should have sufficed in catching all the water, however, it did not. Now I'm in the process of going back and forth with Paradise Appliance so they can cover the damages but they've ghosted me.
