Service technician ordered a part needed to repair my oven. Within a week The part was delivered to my home. I emailed Paradise stating that I received a part , giving name and part number Off the invoice and requested and received a service appointment. No one showed up on day and time scheduled. I emailed Paradise asking what happened and received a reply saying they called me and let a message they canceled the appointment because they are waiting for a part. I told them no one called and left a message. Two months later I emailed Paradise again asking what is going on? No reply. Called Whirlpool asking they send another appliance service company to repair my 4 month old oven. Whirlpool contacted Paradise and I was told Paradise is expecting the part to be delivered that day. Didn’t hear from paradise for 4 days. Finally they emailed with an appointment time. The service technician, who was great, arrived with the Replacement part that I Received two months ago. He said they mailed this to you! Yes, two months ago. Your company knows it was delivered to me.

Ramon is a very nice man. He was sent out on a service call that he had no business being asked to do. I was very clear that the machine in question a Maytag Neptune Drying Cabinet would be hard to work on. I was assured that they had someone that could handle it. Poor Ramon did not know how it even worked. He called an expert that said “you will need to check some voltages on the wiring harness...” that is when Ramon turned off the speaker and walked back to his truck. Stayed there and came in with 2 part numbers, one for a new touchpad and the other a logic board. That is basically the whole electronics for this machine. Based on what? Nothing was even done to the machine, as I had told them it said dd, that is some kind of diagnostic mode. He never even looked up a trouble code because he did not know how. I do not blame him, I blame the company that still demands over 150 dollars for a guy coming out and telling me to get a new one. Yeah, I am a little bitter.
