Ramon is a very nice man. He was sent out on a service call that he had no business being asked to do. I was very clear that the machine in question a Maytag Neptune Drying Cabinet would be hard to work on. I was assured that they had someone that could handle it. Poor Ramon did not know how it even worked. He called an expert that said “you will need to check some voltages on the wiring harness...” that is when Ramon turned off the speaker and walked back to his truck. Stayed there and came in with 2 part numbers, one for a new touchpad and the other a logic board. That is basically the whole electronics for this machine. Based on what? Nothing was even done to the machine, as I had told them it said dd, that is some kind of diagnostic mode. He never even looked up a trouble code because he did not know how. I do not blame him, I blame the company that still demands over 150 dollars for a guy coming out and telling me to get a new one. Yeah, I am a little bitter.

Mr. Juarez was totally professional...and I should know because I spent the last 30 years of my working life being a plumber. Most of that time I was either doing plumbing repairs or coordinating plumbing repairs done by other plumbers. So I can assure you, I know quality work when I see it. First off he is very neat and clean. Second, he is respectful. He's also very knowledgeable about the appliance he repaired for us and probably many others as well. He also came prepared. He had all the parts he needed. And his only return to his truck was not for a long duration. I was so impressed, I asked him if he did any side work and he was very clear that he does not. Furthermore, I questioned him about the quality of different brands of appliances and he was totally loyal to Whirlpool. He said that the price, availability of parts, and overall durability are top notch. He also gave me some sage advice about how to properly maintain our oven. In summation, I will just quote the following statement: "Whatever you pay him, it ain't enough!" PS: I hope he gets to see this review!

Guys worked hard and dug into the washer and found a plastic piece the may have clogged the spin cycle/drain process. Did not replace the old pump, closed the washer and asked me to make a test run ASAP. Did so and found problem still existed. Never asked me about replacing pump, yes for no. Closed up with old pump in place, and test rum failed, the washer did not drain. Need them back!

The Paradise tech came out to repair a discolored glass and door on my Kitchenaid double oven that was less than a year old. It was indicated that they would only pay for parts but because it showed it was still under warranty he called Kitchenaid and they covered everything.
