I purchased a very expensive refrigerator and it was delivered with issues. The manufacturer sent out a repair person to inspect the fridge. It has been 9 months and there has not been a response from the inspection of the appliance. The repair man who showed up at my house was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He followed up with me after the visit, yet I have not heard anything further from the manufacturer or paradise.

We gave Paradise representatives a tenants number so that they may ask them COVID-19 screening questions before entering the tenant's unit for repairs. They did not ask them any health questions though. They were able to schedule a repair appointment over a week after my initial call; so we had to switch out this tenant's broken range for a new range from a vacant unit. Then on my appointment day; I had to confirm via email and couldn't leave my office from 12:30pm-4pm because the technician was going to call me to confirm as well and if I didn't answer then he wouldn't show up. He then called me around 4:15 to start asking me if the resident has shown any signs of illnesses recently. I let him know, like I've already let the company know, that the repair is now going to be done in a vacant unit. There was very poor communication here and I was tired of repeating myself to different people.

technician arrived and did not even literally touch our refrigerator that was having frozen water pooling in the bottom. He stood back and folded his arms as he leaned against our counter and then we were told to unplug fridge for 24 hours. I had to call warranty again that same day for another repairman. They sent Whirlpool out and thankfully this tech unclogged our drain line and now fridge is working great. Do not call Paradise!

Larry was a friendly repairman who seemed very knowledgeable about fixing fridges. However the process of having our fridge fixed took about a week and a half because on the day of the first appointment, Larry didn’t have a replacement compressor with him, on the second appointment, the other compressor he brought was defective, and by the third appointment, was when our issue was resolved. I was happy with Larry’s work, I just wasn’t too thrilled about the amount of time it took to have our problem resolved.

He said he had a 4 hour window from noon to 4 pm. Noon wasn’t a good time for me. But I took it since he wasn’t able to come back at 1 pm.

The tech who came out to service our dishwasher was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about what was wrong with our unit. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to fix our issue within 15 minutes (technically it was two days later since he had to order the parts, but that wasn't his fault and the actual repair was quick!). I was very happy with their service and was glad that the JENN-AIR customer service referred me to them.

Chris is a very conscientious man who has tried on multiple occasions to fix my Maytag washer for the same problem for over 6 months. My issue is NOT with Chris; I am just extremely dissatisfied that the problem with my washer has not been fixed and this most recent attempt to fix it actually resulted in a worsening of the issue (punctures in clothes). Also, I was not notified about my appointment the night before as had been promised. I followed up with that and found they entered a wrong email for me.
