Called out technian to fix oven internal temperature gauge, which has not worked since we got oven last year. Tech could not solve problem, ordered parts and told us he would return Dec. 24 with parts to fix (before we hosted Christmas dinner). We requested window of 8-10 a.m., but schedulers put us for 1-4. I returned home at 12:15 to phone call message that he came early, and found part had been put through mail slot. Calls to tech and office were unanswered and then later told it was too late, so no effective thermometer for Christmas turkey. Rescheduled for a few days later, tech then called day of appointment to say he had wrong part, canceled appointment. Rescheduled again for next week.... we will see....

The scheduling was an issue both times and my appointment was changed the first time and the second time the appointment wasn’t right but in the end it worked out. Chris was great, though he wasn’t given any notes from The previous guy so he had to trouble shoot again (waste). Would be best for paradise to give their workers as much info as possible. There was an issue with the charge but we worked it out and I thankfully have a working dishwasher! I admit when whirlpool contacted me that they would give me the part I needed for free I asked them to set me up with a different repair company (I didn’t want to use paradise again) but I figured it would be best because of continuity (but my guy didn’t even get work notes from the previous guy two weeks before). In the end I’m just happy to have a working dishwasher. Chris was great but my overall experience with paradise was mediocre, there is room for improvement for sure.

My husband and I have been so impressed with Jonathan. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately however, the repairs on our dryer have not fixed the issue. The dryer still is making a loud grinding sound when it is running that Jonathan, myself, and my husband can still hear. Jonathan is now wondering if perhaps the machine was dropped at some point during delivery, etc. We really don't know. We have been in touch with Expressions Home Gallery who we purchased the machines from. We are waiting for resolution. These are brand new machines in a brand new home and our expectation is that they should be working as such. That being said, while we are greatly disappointed with the machines, we have enjoyed having Jonathan in our home and have found him to be incredibly professional. Our star rating is not a reflection of him in any way.

Victor was very professional. Called before arriving. He listened to my concerns about the refrigerator repair. Although he could not confirm any reason why my unit continues to leak water, he was able to give me ideas of why it may be building up ice that is then thawing cause water puddles. While reviewing the unit he was able to identify a issue that was causing excessive “sweating” under the icemake and recommended a fix that was available. He had to order and return again for replacement which went well.

Francis was a very nice and knowledgable repairman. He was a breath of fresh air and he gets 5 stars! My microwave had been broken for a month and they kept sending out repairman after repairman, each time needing more and more parts that had to be ordered. FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH! Francis walked in and had it fixed in 10 minutes! But then he read the work order which said to replace parts so he had to tear it all down and replace the wiring, even though he had it working. Appointments were made and they never called to give me the time frame for the service call. When I called them I would often have to wait up to 25 minutes on hold to speak to someone to find out if the service call was happening and what time they had it scheduled for. I was not asked when it was good for me, but rather told that they would be there on a certain day and time. The actual repairmen that came were always nice and polite and friendly, but until Francis, they didn't know how to fix it. This was warranty service.

When I first met Enrique, he greeted me and introduced himself in a kindly manner. He was very professional and explained the process every step of the way. He then made sure he ordered the correct part and I got my appliance fixed the same week! He understood how much we were in need of our refrigerator especially since most of our food went bad because of it not working. When he came to replace the part he made sure I didn’t have anymore questions. He was very clean as well. He restored my faith in whirlpool again.
