My husband and I have been so impressed with Jonathan. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately however, the repairs on our dryer have not fixed the issue. The dryer still is making a loud grinding sound when it is running that Jonathan, myself, and my husband can still hear. Jonathan is now wondering if perhaps the machine was dropped at some point during delivery, etc. We really don't know. We have been in touch with Expressions Home Gallery who we purchased the machines from. We are waiting for resolution. These are brand new machines in a brand new home and our expectation is that they should be working as such. That being said, while we are greatly disappointed with the machines, we have enjoyed having Jonathan in our home and have found him to be incredibly professional. Our star rating is not a reflection of him in any way.

Victor was very professional. Called before arriving. He listened to my concerns about the refrigerator repair. Although he could not confirm any reason why my unit continues to leak water, he was able to give me ideas of why it may be building up ice that is then thawing cause water puddles. While reviewing the unit he was able to identify a issue that was causing excessive “sweating” under the icemake and recommended a fix that was available. He had to order and return again for replacement which went well.

Francis was a very nice and knowledgable repairman. He was a breath of fresh air and he gets 5 stars! My microwave had been broken for a month and they kept sending out repairman after repairman, each time needing more and more parts that had to be ordered. FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH! Francis walked in and had it fixed in 10 minutes! But then he read the work order which said to replace parts so he had to tear it all down and replace the wiring, even though he had it working. Appointments were made and they never called to give me the time frame for the service call. When I called them I would often have to wait up to 25 minutes on hold to speak to someone to find out if the service call was happening and what time they had it scheduled for. I was not asked when it was good for me, but rather told that they would be there on a certain day and time. The actual repairmen that came were always nice and polite and friendly, but until Francis, they didn't know how to fix it. This was warranty service.

He understood how much we were in need of our refrigerator especially since most of our food went bad because of it not working. Pretty disappointed with our experience with your company yesterday. First off, the appointment was scheduled between 8-12pm. Noon rolls around and no one showed. Didn't get a call from anyone at Paradise explaining why he didn't show up. I finally called and was told he was running late and had two appts in front of me. He finally showed at 3pm. Unfortunately, my wife sat at the house all morning waiting for the technician. Not cool. When the technician came to our house he diagnosed a failed motor as the issue with our 2 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. He quickly offered to repair the motor for $450. We declined the repair and gave him a check for $109. I went home, cleaned out the filter in the dishwasher, started it up and it ran without issue. There was no failed motor - the filter needed a good cleaning. Pretty sad we still have to deal with this type of “theft” from service providers. I'd like a refund on the service call, but can only imagine requesting that would be a waste of time. I will be calling Whirlpool and letting them know about our experience with their recommended provider.

The scheduling is very disorganized, and on the first visit the technician wasn’t given the part I told them was needed. So after waiting a week, I had to schedule another appointment and wait another week for a repair. For the second appointment, I called twice and emailed to remind them that I had to have a morning appointment. They scheduled it between 12 PM and 4 PM, the exact times I told them I would be gone. The company needs to at least listen and try to accommodate customers’ schedules. Also for the first appointment I specifically asked that the technician arrive with the needed part, as I was taking the day off to wait. He arrived without the part and was only there to confirm that that’s exactly what was needed. Five stars to my technician though. He was professional, clean and courteous. The scheduling issues weren’t his fault.

Phone team would not do a direct re-schedule w/me even though the 11/19 screw up was their fault They made me go through all sorts of hoops, Including, but not limited to, re-scheduling through AIG ...And even then they said nobody could come that day I had to wait two or three days So I was very pushy & irate until I got management on the phone

Tech was great. However, scheduling was a nightmare due to company not even able to give me a morning or afternoon time slot. My cable TV now gives me a two hour window; oh how times have changed! Tech said he could be back on a Friday, but part wasn’t in, so I took off Friday for no reason and lost a day’s worth of pay. I found out theses motirs fail commonly and therefore should be on the trucks. This experience makes it unlikely I will buy a Whirlpool appliance in tve future. Bad product, terrible service, except for the actual tech who came to the house, he was nice.
