Pablo Villalta, who came and methodically ensured the problem with my washing machine wasn't something that could be easily fixed -- in other words, he tried to save me money and when we confirmed it was faulty parts he helped me decide whether it was better to replace or repair, even though one would have been better for him! In the end, it was cheaper to repair and on the day of the repair, even though the dispatch got the time wrong Pablo remembered my schedule picking up kids, and adjusted accordingly. He showed up and made my washing machine as good as new. If there were anything amiss, I'd surely report it, but this was done 100% professionally with a personal touch. Thank you Pablo!

Rose was not only unprofessional but also rude to the tenant. In front of our manager, she made snippy comments to tenant about her being lazy the first time she came to see the washer. The 2nd time she came out, Rose came to office and very loudly, while other customers were in the office, was saying that our tenant was crazy and lazy...that nothing was wrong with the washer. She then proceeded to make negative comments about our maintenance team. She ended the conversation with our office assistant by saying "next time you guys call I'm going to charge you for a nuisance call". Her snarky comments were uncalled for and inappropriate. Our tenant came to complain to our office about her unprofessional behavior as well. This is why the manager requested a new tech when we scheduled work again.

The technician was able to replace the torn gasket on one of my refrigerator doors. It was a quick process taking only about 20 minutes from the time he arrived to left. He called and arrived after noon even though my 3 hour window was from 9 AM to noon. I get that it is hard to anticipate how long each visit will take and I was happy that he had this completed before 1 PM. This was covered by warranty so I did not incur the costs.

it is difficult to schedule a window time frame service calls with you. you state you will call us on the day of the service to provide a window, but that means we cannot plan our day until you call us that same day with a window. and, the window about 4 hours (half a day). also, your tech did not clean up after they made the repairs. he left the broken parts and boxes in the space which we had to clean up ourselves. his response when i called him was "I thought you wanted to keep the broken parts". really??? at a minimum, we should have been asked if we wanted to keep them, rather than him just leaving the trash in the space and not asking at all. also, we were not given a repair price for this work prior to the work be conducted.

Called out technian to fix oven internal temperature gauge, which has not worked since we got oven last year. Tech could not solve problem, ordered parts and told us he would return Dec. 24 with parts to fix (before we hosted Christmas dinner). We requested window of 8-10 a.m., but schedulers put us for 1-4. I returned home at 12:15 to phone call message that he came early, and found part had been put through mail slot. Calls to tech and office were unanswered and then later told it was too late, so no effective thermometer for Christmas turkey. Rescheduled for a few days later, tech then called day of appointment to say he had wrong part, canceled appointment. Rescheduled again for next week.... we will see....

The scheduling was an issue both times and my appointment was changed the first time and the second time the appointment wasn’t right but in the end it worked out. Chris was great, though he wasn’t given any notes from The previous guy so he had to trouble shoot again (waste). Would be best for paradise to give their workers as much info as possible. There was an issue with the charge but we worked it out and I thankfully have a working dishwasher! I admit when whirlpool contacted me that they would give me the part I needed for free I asked them to set me up with a different repair company (I didn’t want to use paradise again) but I figured it would be best because of continuity (but my guy didn’t even get work notes from the previous guy two weeks before). In the end I’m just happy to have a working dishwasher. Chris was great but my overall experience with paradise was mediocre, there is room for improvement for sure.
