Ray was great and found the problem on our 2007 Jenn-Air oven, which is a faulty gas valve. What we are unsatisfied with is the fact that Jenn-Air has discontinued the part and so there is nothing that he can do until we can find the part. And then we have to pay for labor again??? I think it is crazy that Jenn-Air would discontinue a part after a short amount of time. Our last oven was from the 1960's and lasted over 50 years. So now we are not sure if we can fix the issue unless a part can be found and we are out over $100 for the labor. I'm really hoping Jenn-Air can help us with this.

I have no complaints of Paradise Appliance BUT I do have an enormous complaint about Maytag if some one can pass it to Maytag please do. The washer and dryer were delivered May 10, 2018. They are still under warranty. My complaint is that the washer and dryer will not handle a 30"X6' area rug for the bathroom and the dryer takes three rounds to dry on rapid dry, an average load of clothing all light weight. What the heck is that all about? Oh and it will not wash any type of quilt thick or thin in a queen and full size. It will not drain the water. Also the washer only loads not even a third of the inside full of water so your clothes can't even be properly cleaned!!! WHAT IS MAYTAG THINKING???? THIS IS BS!!! If I were strong enough I would take a malet to these machines and toss them over the fence!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!! I am so disappointed to say the least! DO NOT BUY A MAYTAG ANYTHING!!!! If I could, I would suggest you buy LG appliances. I never had a problem with them. My home warranty would only replace with these stackable machines. Again they suck!!!

We had to open a claim twice before our refrigerator was repaired. The repairman didn't have the greatest attitude, and complained that he could not definitively prove the root cause of the problem (the compressor). He closed the first ticket saying my son cancelled the call (which he did not). The second time around the repairman had to deal with me. He whined a lot but ended up ordering and replacing the refrigerator compressor. The refrigerator is now working perfectly and we can trust it to keep food cold / frozen.

It took a while to get the part, but the guy who came out was helpful and nice. I want to point out that i have an extended warranty, when i first called in all of that was set up properly; at no point did Paradise question whether there was a warranty...not until the technician got there and asked. He said it says it's not under warranty. i said i called in and gave my warranty info and the order was taken through that warranty info. instead of packing up and leaving, he did the work. then he ran into a snag as he took my word for it but his boss's were saying it's not under warranty; the order had come in not under warranty. but it was under warranty. so i called whirlpool, got the warranty people, they confirmed it, it was THEIR mistake and not mine and not the technician's and not Paradise's. BUT HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE TRUST THE TECHNICIAN GAVE ME, this would have been a disaster, he would have left, I would have been angry, and so on. He handled it perfectly. I was right. He believed me. And the order was completed. Hooray for him. Good guy.
