Concerned because my repair man had to read manual to learn how to install part. am concerned that it was done correctly, time will tell. I requested late appointments and always got early ones and repair person showed up towards end of those periods. Tried to charge me more for labor on 2nd visit but I had picture from original quote, and he told me "that's right I decided to charge you less on Labor because part was so expensive". When he left it was lunch time and I asked if he was able to accept tips, he said no, but said it would be nice, so he accepted $20.00 to buy his lunch

Took 3 rounds of scheduling in order for someone to show up. Felt as though my time was not valued when the first two appointments were cancelled and I had to take time away from work. The technician who came out on the 3rd attempt was nice and knowledgeable but at the end of the day spent 15 minutes here and advised us to not invest in fixing the refrigerator but rather put that money towards a new refrigerator. I understand we did end up having a technician come out to look into our issue however I do not feel we should have been charged $110 given the experience.

I was surprised how friendly and amazing they were. Some repair places send out people who won’t let you ask questions but he did. He explained how everything worked and what an amazing machine I had. I bought it second hand online and he made me feel good about the purchase. They wore booties on their shoes (no need really) and that was very considerate of them. They were friendly with my attention seeking dog as well. They made sure the door was closed after them to avoid him getting out even though I had him in a leash. I really can’t say enough good things about them.
