I saw the many varied reviews and I have to ask myself if these were actual warranty issues or if these were customer issues and depending on what the issue was if that was related to the customer service.
I had a KitchenAid dishwasher under warranty that needed service Connor reached out to us by email and phone. He arrived on time with all of his tools etc and troubleshoot the problem. It seemed we had some type of pump/drain issue and one other issue. But again because we are under warranty he seem to be able to get the parts and return quicker than some of the reviews. I read so that's why I'm not sure if warranty work takes over general customer request. He was not able to fix it on the first day because he was waiting for some parts but returned two days later and called us to tell us he was coming in available earlier if that would work which it did. He was careful removing the dishwasher and handled it with care along with the floor and counter area around him. He worked very clean and wiped up after himself. Connor explained what was going on and what he was doing and that everything should work well. If we had any issues to reach out to him afterwards. There was no out-of-pocket cost for me which I felt was a good value because I was afraid that I would have to replace the KitchenAid dishwasher from 2019. We did not choose this provider, it was chosen for us from KitchenAid.

I was referred to Paradise Appliance Service for repair of my Maytag washing machine by Whirlpool. Mr. Salvador Lopez provided diagnostic work and got it working properly in short order. Yea! No more trips to the laundromat. Bonus: Mr. Lopez showed us how to properly set our oven clock. I was pleased with his service and just the fact that he's a nice guy. Will use him again.

I'm shocked at the reviews. Our Maytag dryer has an extended warranty and the felt came out of the back of the drum after 4 1/2 years of use. D.R I believe is who was sent out. What a nice man. He was able to service our dryer and now I'm back in business. Super happy that it was fixed so quickly and happy I bought the extended warranty.

In August 2023, my approximately four-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator WRT311FZDB01 was failing to keep food cold. Paradise Appliance, the authorized Whirlpool repair service determined the compressor had failed, and the repair would be covered under the extended warranty. Subsequently Paradise Appliance: installed a new compressor, returned again with Whirlpool factory service team to determine why unit was still not cooling, returned yet again to verify its failure and communicated to Whirlpool that unit could not be repaired. Ultimately Whirlpool refunded my original purchase price and hauled away the non-operating refrigerator.
Meanwhile, while Whirlpool was at my house to check on the failed refrigerator, the Whirlpool factory representative found and cured the noise problem in my new Whirlpool refrigerator. I had purchased a new refrigerator anticipating it would take time to fix the old one; I planned to keep the old one (now gone) as an extra in the garage after repairs were completed. The new refrigerator is still working OK.
Paradise gets five stars for not ignoring the need for repeated service calls, promptly arriving for those service calls, and facilitating reimbursement from Whirlpool.
