wating for the call from them. reffered by whirlpool on new gas stovetop and oven. red tagged, never worked, bought from lowes. they were no help in locating a professional to replace the stove. took me over a year, until i was topped off to get someone to not pass me up again. i will be be getting back once completed. my appt to come here is monday the 9th. yay

I'm honestly surprised by the low ratings. My experience was great! The technician arrived promptly, replaced the part in my Whirlpool washer, and had it running like new in less than 15 minutes. I would absolutely call these guys again, even for out-of-warranty repairs. I was fortunate that they had the part on hand and could fix it immediately, but I would totally understand if it needed to be ordered. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service

I am writing this review to especially acknowledge my technician, Tam Trinh. We were sent a rep from Paradise through our Whirlpool warranty. It was an almost six month repair process, mainly due to issues with parts coming in broken. We finally were sent Tam the last two visits and, wow! He is thorough, professional, friendly and best of all, takes pride in his skill and work ethic. Had we been working with Tam from the beginning of the process, I believe it would have been a much shorter repair time and I would have been saved many trips to coin laundry. If you have a choice to request a specific technician, ask for Tam! Communication was solid and all staff very friendly.

Victor is amazing! Instead of just replacing the broken parts (water pump) on our dishwasher, he discovered the root cause, which was a faulty heating element seal. The resulting leak and its associated rust is what caused the pump to break. He replaced everything affected and we should be as good as new. Five stars for Victor!

Scheduled through Kitchenaid to look at our ice maker that was leaking and causing the ice to clump. Gilbert showed up, assessed the problem and fixed the problem (replacement maker) in no time.
