Pablo was on time, fast and efficient. We actually missed our first appointment, and were not notified the day before about the time frame of arrival. But thank goodness we were notified the day before and 20 minutes before his arrival time. Everyone knows how hard it is to be without your washing machine, so we really appreciate PABLO!!
