Robert is very knowledgeable in his work and was able to quickly assess the problem with the washing machine. He has excellent customer service skills and I would ask for Robert’s assistance in the future. Awesome job.

I would have rated my experience 5 stars if not for the fact that I did not receive notification the night before of the scheduled arrival window so I had to be available all day. This happened not once but three times. The repair was originally scheduled for 9/10. I did not receive notification until after 10 am. I had an appointment during the scheduled timeframe that I could have moved with more advance notice. I paid someone to be at my house to keep the appointment only to have the appointment cancelled at the end of the window. Similarly no notification was received for an appointment scheduled for 8/13 for a tech to come out to evaluate the problem.

Robert was on time and nice and completed the job. Pick up his empty box. Great job

Robert was professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with the microwave he said the part necessary to fix is no longer available. He was honest and fair.
