Very friendly but professional and knowledgeable.

He came quite late which is fine with us , he sounded upset , arrogant and rude not sure if he was upset over previous customer or with my brother and nephew who waited from 11-2 pm , sounded like he doesn’t want to entertain any questions , I’m always in need of a repairman but if he is the best you have , good luck to you , I’m better off with another company.

Service from tech Juan was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Literally had no issues with our repairs and he appeared to be very experienced and knowledgeable. Only downside is that we wish that appointments would be closer range dates from initial appointment to actual repairs. Other than that 100% satisfied, Thank you.
