Great tech got the job done quickly and efficiently

I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Armando was professional and pleasant. He read the problem I had reported before he arrived so he came prepared with the instrument to clear the clogged drain of the fridge.I appreciated getting the email with the 3-hr window the evening before and I also liked that Armando called me to tell me he would arrive in about 30 minutes.

Armando was conscientious, communicative, punctual and knowledgeable. Front desk was super helpful in answering my questions. Great experience with Paradise Appliance Service! I would highly recommend them.
