I was very pleased with Carlos and my service experience. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciated being able to track him throughout the day so I kind of knew when I could expect him to arrive.

Carlos was on time. Would need 2 men if oven needed to be removed. Rescheduled for following week. Again arrived on time Worked to remove old part without taking oven out. Replaced part. Oven working beautifully.
