Took technicians 2 visits to fix our washer, as they didn’t have the part needed the first time. On the second visit they arrived an hour after the time window I had been given, but were then able to promptly fix the washer.

The technician fixed the dishwasher after a month, and It took four appointments. They are really busy all day all week. They may have over12 appointments a day. And technically can’t even have time to eat their lunch. The dishwasher fixing takes time and steps to detect the problem and ordering parts. All I can do is patiently waiting. They really try to help, but the technology of applicants changes every day, thousand appliances and hundreds of product problems. It took time and patience to fix. If you are under warranty, be patient; if not, try to call the applicant manufacturer before contacting them. It can be super costly for labor and parts. Otherwise, buy a new one if you are in a hurry. I hope this comment helps you.
