Dennis is awesome. He is very kind, patient, and made sure I knew what I was doing wrong in not being able to start my washing machine. Hopefully I won't have any more problems. Fingers crossed!!

The technician was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator quickly. Explained what was going on and what he did to fix it. Gave us recommendations for loading refrigerator. Very pleased with Carlos!

Carlos is wonderful. He is very helpful, informative, and a nice guy. If what he did yesterday to fix my washing machine doesn't continue to work, he told me to call him and he will come back and replace a part he didn't feel he should have replaced yesterday.
