Gilbert was a good technician and we would have him again. The problem was Kitchen Aid, much too long wait times when calling in (over an hour each time) and their support. He had to replace 3-4 different major parts. This is our 3rd KA ice maker over the years. We like the product not the longevity. This one was 6 months old.

Professional and knowledgeable. Very patient on explaining the issue with the unit. Entire process is very smooth and fast. Highly recommend this vendor for all appliance issues.
