After the replacement of wheels and belt, the dryer still does not run with a low, smooth hum and gentle sound of tumbling clothes. However, the abnormal noise of intermittent thumping noise still persists at lower decibel level than before. Therefore, we think that the the repair requires double check of other issues related to components such as worn drum bearing, a damaged roller axle, drum alignment, belt tension and path, etc. But the tech responded saying that the noise is normal, and he left. It is our judgment that the repair is not correct and further troubleshooting is required. In others words, the repair did not return the dryer to factory standard such that it operates quietly and smootly free of specific noise which indicates a problem. I called for additional repair service. I hope the next tech spends the time and effort to troubleshoot and correct the problem per factory standard. Robert
